Returns Policy

Our Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We will refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition in accordance with the requirements detailed in our terms and conditions and are received by our distribution centre within 30 days from the order date, for any reason including change of mind. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on socks and boxers.
In case you have received a defective product, please notify us via email at support@cottonworld.net. Product defects must be notified within 7 days from the date of shipment received. Products must be in original condition, with the price tags attached and clear poly bag intact.
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
 
Returns, if any, need to be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on socks and boxers.
In case of returns, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the returns form and bag.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags attached and clear poly bag intact.
  • Items should not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for return/money back.
  • Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice and return form duly filled for all returns / money back within the 30 Day period (30 days from Order delivery)
  • Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
  • Once your returned item has been received by our Return Desk, you will be notified by email that the garment has been received and is processed.
  • If the returned product satisfies our Quality check we will refund the product cost to you via wire transfer. You will be notified once the product has completed the Quality Check. 
  • Cottonworld will exchange or replace products (subject to availability) if a wrong product or wrong size has been shipped.
  • We will arrange for a return pick up if a wrong product or wrong size has been delivered to you.
  • Money back on sale items and purchased with discount coupons/gift card will not be processed. A gift card will be issued/ reissued with a value equal to the price paid for the item.
  • Gift cards or Vouchers issued by Cottonworld, are issued directly to a customer only. Cottonworld is not liable for any misuse, loss or damage of any voucher or gift card.
  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. They will not be
  • Returns on socks and boxers will not be accepted.
  • In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
  • In case of wire transfer, the refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Cottonworld within fifteen (15) business days after the refund has been approved.
  • Cottonworld reserves the right to process money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • For the 30 Day Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Cottonworld will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.

  • No return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 30 days from the order date.
      RETURN PROCEDURE
      We care about your satisfaction!
      You can register a returns request on our "Request a Returns" page. 
      Select the items that need to be returned and submit a Returns Request. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on socks and boxers.
       
      Once your request has been registered, you will be receive a Returns ID under the ‘Returns Request’ tab.  Kindly seal the garments in the return bag shipped with the original packaging. The item must be in a saleable condition, unworn with swing tags attached and returned.
       
      If you have received an item that is damaged or the wrong product or size has been shipped to you we will arrange for a pick up of the product . No return fee will be charged . 
       
      REFUND POLICY
      Our Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
       
      Cottonworld will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (Color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
       
      For a full refund of your item, you will need to return the garments originally bought, to us. Your refund will be processed only after goods are received at our end and inspected for quality. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for processing. You will be notified at ever stage of our Returns Process. 
      Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the returns form and bag.
      Refund on sale items and purchased with discount coupons will not be processed. A gift card will be issued with a value equal to the price paid for the item. All items purchased with a gift card will be deemed as final, we will not accept returns on gift cards.
