Our Shipments are carefully inspected before shipped out of our warehouse. If you are for some reason, not happy with your purchase, we will return the amount to you. We will issue you a Cottonworld e-Gift card (Redeemable online only) for the value of the items you wish to return, subject to garments being received in accordance with the terms & condition listed below
In case you have received a defective product, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Product defects must be notified within 3 days from the date of shipment received. Products must be in original condition, with the price tags attached clear poly bag intact and with invoice.

Please note exchanges are permitted at any Cottonworld outlet.(SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY) Do not forget to carry your original invoice when you visit the store.Exchanges need to be made within 15 days from the date of purchase of your order.(Subject to availability)
Returns, if any, need to be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on socks/boxers.
In case of returns, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns Form.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags attached and clear poly bag intact.
- Items should not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for return
- Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice and return form duly filled for all returns within the 15 Days period (15 days from Order delivery)
- Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- Once your returned item has been received by our Return Desk, you will be notified by email that the garment has been received and is processed.
- If the returned product satisfies our Quality check we will refund the product cost in the form of a Cottonworld E-Gift Card (Redeemable online only). You will be notified once the product has completed the Quality Check.
- Cottonworld will exchange or replace products (subject to availability) if a wrong product or wrong size has been shipped.
- We will arrange for a return pick up if a wrong product or wrong size has been delivered to you.
- Money back on sale items, discounted products and purchased with discount coupons/gift card will not be processed. A gift card will be issued/ reissued with a value equal to the price paid for the item.
- Gift cards or Vouchers issued by Cottonworld, are issued directly to a customer only. Cottonworld is not liable for any misuse, loss or damage of any voucher or gift card.
- Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchange for any case.
- Cottonworld E-Gift Card is redeemable online only.
- Returns on socks and boxers will not be accepted.
- In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
- Cottonworld reserves the right to process money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
- For the 15 Days Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion then Cottonworld will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.

- No return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 15 days from the delivery date.

Select the items that need to be returned and submit a Returns Request.
Once your request has been registered & accepted, you will receive a unique Returns ID under the ‘Returns’ tab.
Kindly seal the garments in the tamper proof bag. The item must be in a saleable condition, unworn with swing tags attached and with invoice. And courier the bag to below address along with Return ID (Example: RA#1243).

If you have received an item that is damaged or the wrong product or size has been shipped to you we will arrange for a pickup of the product. No return fee will be charged.
Our Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you have received a product which is not what you have ordered then please follow the instructions below:
Cottonworld will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund by same mode of payment. If we have sent you a wrong item (Color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
For a full refund of your item, you will need to return the garments originally bought, to us. Your refund will be processed only after goods are received at our end and inspected for quality. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for processing. You will be notified at every stage of our Returns Process.
