If pickup isn’t available, you can self-courier the item or return it at any Cottonworld store.
Final-sale and clearance items are eligible for store credit only.
How do I request a return?
Items purchased on the Cottonworld website can be returned or exchanged at any Cottonworld store. Simply carry the product along with the original invoice and ensure it meets our return and exchange conditions.
Alternatively, you may ship the item to the return address mentioned in our Return Policy . Please make sure the product is in its original condition, with the price tags attached, the original packaging intact, and the invoice included.
